This is a special post for Penny Parker, resident of Portscatho, who asked me to visit Portscatho. Sadly I missed Portscatho as it was a bit rough to stop.... but I just want to give the Harbour Master Simon Taffender a shout out who Penny says is "one of the best". Simon I am sorry I missed you!
